The following eligible candidates have been enlisted category-wise for appearing at
the Viva-voce test, in connection with the preparation of a panel for recruitment to the post
of “Cook & Sweeper” in the Judges Guest House at Bijan Bhawan, Salt Lake, Kolkata, in terms
of the Court’s Employment Notice No. 1247-RG, dated 22.03.2013.
For Cook : Viva voce and Practical Test of eligible candidates will be held at the
Judges’ Guest House, Bijan Bhawan, HA-334, Sector – III, Salt Lake, Kolkata- 700 091 on
Wednesday, the 29th May, 2013 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.(Viva voce) and from 2:15 P.M.
onwards (Practical Test).
For Sweeper : Viva voce of eligible candidates will be held at the 9th Floor of
Sesquicentenary Building of this High Court, Calcutta on and from 11:00 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. and
2:15 P.M. onwards on Thursday, the 30th May, 2013.
The date and time of Viva-voce test of the eligible candidates has been mentioned
against their respective name.
The eligible candidates are hereby asked to report with the Admit Card and all
testimonials including proof of date of birth at least one hour before the schedule time and
date of Viva-voce test for scrutiny of the original testimonials etc.
Admit Cards of the Viva-voce test for the following eligible candidates for
recruitment to the post of “Cook & Sweeper” are being issued by ordinary post by the
Office. Candidates who will not receive their respective Admit Cards by 27th May, 2013 may
contact the Office of the Recruitment Cell, Appellate Side, High Court, Calcutta situated at

th Floor of Sesquicentenary Building on 28th May, 2013 on and from 12.00 noon to 4:00
p.m. along with an original identity proof and photocopy of the same including one recent
colour passport size photograph, preferable identical with photograph(s) submitted while
applying for the post.
