Application Form can be also typed neatly on plain paper as per format.
Application fee: Rs.160/- can be paid by a Bank Challan favouring CO-OPERATIVE SERVICE COMMISSION, WEST BENGAL from any Branch of The West Bengal State Co-operative Bank Ltd. (to the credit of CD A/c No.29312051276 with Kolkata Main Branch) OR can be paid through NEFT in prescribed form.
Candidates must print-out the Bank’s Challan from the above mentioned official site. (Refer the Advt. for details)
SC/ST candidates do not require to pay Application fee.
Candidates should enclose Self-attested photocopies of documents as proof of age, caste, academic / professional / computer qualifications and job experience, if any, Fee challan receipt and Etc along with the Application Form.
Written Examination / Interview will be held in Kolkata Metropolitan area only.
