Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board, Hyderabad, is inviting application for the recruitment in 6071 posts of “Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT)”, “Constable” and“Fireman” in departments of Andhra Pradesh Police Department, Fire & Emergency Services Department and Special Protection Force Department. Age Limits: Candidates must be minimum 18yrs old and must be below 22yrs (below 30yrs for Post code- 26) as on 01-07-2012.
Upper age relaxation is as per Govt. norms.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Intermediate or its equivalent as on 01-07-2012. In case of SC/ST categories, candidates must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination recognised by the State Government and should have studied Intermediate and appeared for the Intermediate Examinations in both the 1st year and 2nd year.

Physical Standards:—
For Post code No.21 to 26: Height—minimum 167.6cms (For Aboriginal Tribes—160cms) and Chest (Unexpanded/ Expanded): 86.3cms/ 91.3cms (For Aboriginal Tribes—80cms/ 83cms)
For Post code No. 27 to 28: Height—minimum 152.5 cms (For Aboriginal Tribes—150 cms) and Weight—Minimum 40 kgs (For Aboriginal Tribes—38kgs)
The candidate should possess sound health and be free from any bodily defect or infirmity which will render him unfit for police service.

Application fee: Rs.25/- is to be paid in cash at the time of submission of the Application Form. No Application fee in any other means will be accepted.
