Directorate of Education, Porvorim Goa, is inviting application form for Special Recruitment Drive for filling up the vacancies of Government Primary Teachers (Marathi/ Konkani Medium) for OBC/ SC/ ST on regular basis. Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format. Qualification norms and brief information is given below —

Name of the Post: Government Primary Teachers (Marathi/ Konkani Medium)
Number of Vacancies: 143 Nos. (OBC—32; SC—03; ST—108)

Qualification Required: Higher Secondary pass with 2yrs course of Diploma in Education (D.Ed)
Vacancies are in Marathi and Konkani Medium therefore candidates willing to apply for the medium must have studied the language as one of the subjects in Matriculation/ HS level.
Candidates must have knowledge of Konkani.

Age Limits: Maximum 42yrs. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST—5yrs; OBC—3yrs; Others—as per norms.

Pay Scale: Rs.9300—34800 and Grade pay of Rs.4200/-

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may prepare the application  form on plain paper duly affixing passport size photograph of the candidates  on right-top and indicating the Advertisement  number –46/57/2012/ADm.II/Vol.I/666 dt.26/02/2013 AND mentioning the necessary  details  such as – Full Name, Address, Date of birth. Nationality, Medium of instruction at SSC/PISSC level. Educational Qualifications and training qualifications (Diploma in'Education)
Candidates must enclose the attested copies of testimonial and documents in support of eligibility, qualification, age proof, residential certificate and etc. (Refer the advt. for details. Link given below)

Last Date of the Application: The application form must reach on or before – 15th March 2013 at the following address — The Addl. Director of Education, Administration II section, Directorate of Education, Porvorim – Goa.

N.B: Candidates who have applied before as per advertisement released earlier on July 2012 (Advt. No.46/57/2012/Adm.II/244) shall apply afresh as the previous advertisement stands cancelled.
