Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) is recruiting 305 Customer Agent/ Ramp Service Agent and Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver, for ground duties at Kochi Airport. The engagement will be on contractual basis for a period of 3 years. Eligible candidates may appear for Walk-in-Interview. Qualification norms and eligibility is given below —

1. SR. CUSTOMER AGENT: 27 Nos. (SC—4; ST—2; OBC—6; Gen—15)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and knowledge of basic computer application. Ability to speak fluent English and local language. Knowledge of Hindi language is desirable.
Experience: Minimum 4yrs experience. (Refer the Advt. link given below for details)
Age: max 30yrs
Selection of the candidates will be through Walk-in-Interview.
Walk-In-Date: 22nd May, 2013 (9 AM to 1PM only)
2. SR. RAMP SERVICE AGENT: 9 Nos. (SC—2; ST—1; OBC—0; Gen—6)
Qualification: SSC or equivalent with English and Local language as one of the subjects and 3 years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering OR ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench Fitter and Welder.
Candidates must posses heavy motor vehicle driving licence.
Experience: 4yrs. (Refer the Advt. link given below for details)
Age: max 30yrs.
Selection of the candidates will be through Personal Interview
Walk-In-Dates: 22nd May,2013 (9AM to 1PM)
3. CUSTOMER AGENT: 145 Nos. (SC—24; ST—10; OBC—37; Gen—74)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and knowledge of basic computer application. Ability to speak fluent English and local language. Knowledge of Hindi language is desirable.
Experience: Nil
Age: Max 28yrs.
Selection of the candidates will be through Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview.
Walk-In-Dates: 23rd May, 2013 (9AM to 1PM)
4. JR. CUSTOMER AGENT: 49 Nos. (SC—8; ST—3; OBC—12; Gen—26)
Qualification: HSC (Class XII) and proficiency in English and local language. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
Experience: Nil
Age: Max 28yrs.
Selection of the candidates will be through Personal Interview.
Walk-In-Dates: 28th May,2013 (9AM to 1PM)
5. RAMP SERVICE AGENT & RAMP SERVICE AGENT (LOWER GRADE): 55 Nos. (SC—8; ST—4; OBC—14; Gen—29)
Qualification: SSC or equivalent with English and Local language as one of the subjects and 3 years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering OR ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench Fitter and Welder.
Candidates must have heavy vehicle driving licence (light motor driving licence in case of Ramp Service Agent – Lower Grade)
Age: max 28yrs.
Selection of the candidates will be through Trade Test (Driving test) followed by Personal Interview.

6. UTILITY AGENT CUM RAMP DRIVER: 20 Nos. (SC—3; ST—1; OBC—5; Gen—11)
Qualification: SSC (Class 10) and must posses valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence. Candidates must be conversant in English and Local language.
Age: max 28yrs
Selection of the candidates will be through Trade test (driving test) followed by Personal Interview.
Walk-In-Dates: 31st, May 2013 (9AM to 1PM)
Upper age relaxation: Age will be counted as on 01-05-2013. Upper age relaxation for reserved category is as per norms. Age relaxation will be also available to the suitable experienced candidates.

Candidates must bring the duly filled Application form along with them, in prescribed application format (link to download the Application form is given below), as well as original and attested copies of testimonials in support of Qualification and eligibility.
Application fee: Candidates must prepare an Account payee Demand Draft of Rs.300/- in favour of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.”, payable at Mumbai. Mention full name on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
No fee is to be paid by Ex- serviceman, SC/ ST candidates.
