AIIMS, Patna have announced the vacancies on two different  Advertisement — Advt No.AIIMS/Pat/1145/Gr ‘C’/2013 And Advt No.AIIMS/Pat/1145/Gr ‘B’/2013. The vacancies are per Advt. No. were as follows —

Group — C vacancies as per Advt No.AIIMS/Pat/1145/Gr ‘C’/2013. 

1. Lower Division Clerk: 1 Nos. (General)
Qualification: Class 12 pass OR Matriculation/ equivalent with 5 years service (Regular or ad-hoc) as Lower Division Clerk in Govt. Organization /Institution.
Candidates must have typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi only on computer.
Age: 18yrs to 27yrs.

2. Hospital Attendant Grade III (Nursing Orderly): 40 Nos. (Gen—22; OBC—10; SC—5; ST—3)
Qualification: Matriculation/ equivalent.
Candidates with Multipurpose health worker course OR with working experience is desirable.
Age: 18yrs to 30yrs.

3. Data Entry Operator Grade A: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Degree and should possess a speed of not less than 8000 key Depressions per hour for Data Entry work
Age: Up to 30yrs.

4. Cashier: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Degree from recognized University or equivalent.
Age: within 30yrs.


Group — B vacancies as per Advt No.AIIMS/Pat/1145/Gr ‘B’/2013. 

1. Staff Nurse Gr I (Sister Grade I — Nursing Sister): 231 Nos. (Gen—115; OBC—62; SC—37; ST—17)
Qualification: B Sc. Nursing/ Post Basic BSc.Nursing Degree and Valid registration as Nurse and Midwife AND 6yrs of experience in Nursing OR PG Degree in Nursing with minimum 4yrs of experience. (See Advt. for details)
Age: Upto 40yrs.

2. Staff Nurse Gr II (Sister Grade II): 600 Nos. (Gen—303; OBC—162; SC—90; ST—45)
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent qualification for male nurses. Candidates must be registered ‘A’ grade Nurse and Midwife with a State Nursing Council or equivalent qualification for male nurses.
Age: Up to 30yrs.

3. Assistant Administrative Officer: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Degree and 5yrs experience as Office Suptdt. Or in equivalent post and working knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations.
PG Diploma in Personal Management/ Labour Laws/Administrative Law is desirable.
Age: Up to 40yrs.

4. Librarian Grade I: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Post Graduate + Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent and knowledge of computer. Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi is required.
Experience — 5 years regular service in the grade of Librarian Gr.II / 8 years regular service in the grade of Librarian Gr.III in an academic institute / University
Age: Upto 40yrs.

5. Assistant (NS): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Degree and 5yrs experience as upper division clerk or in equivalent post. Candidates shall have good knowledge of computer and Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in. Hindi
Age: Upto 40yrs.

6. PA to Principal (S): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Graduate and advanced working knowledge of Computers. Candidates must have following abilities —
− Dictation – 07 mins @ 120 wpm 
− Transcription – 45 mins (English), 60 mins (Hindi) on a Computer 
Candidates must have fluency in English and Hindi (Written and Spoken).
Experience in Public Relations/ Publications will be an added advantage
Age: Upto 40yrs.

Pay Scales —
For Group C vacancies: Rs.5200 – 20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900
For Group B Vacancies: Rs.9300—34800 with Grade Pay applicable for the post (See the Advt.)

Upper age relaxation: Age will be counted as on last date of application. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Depending upon the number of applications received, it will be decided whether the selection shall be made on the basis of written test, interview and skill test or only interview and skill test.
