Co-Operative Service Commission, West Bengal, is inviting Application form from the eligible candidates for the various posts of — Grade—III, Assistant Manager, Lower Division Assistant and Manager in different Co-Operative Institutions as given below. Advertisement No. 01/2013. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria in brief is given below —
WEST BENGAL CO-OPERATIVE SERVICE COMMISSION REQUIRES 13 ASSISTANT MANAGER, LOWER DIVISION ASSISTANT, MANAGER AND GRADE-III. LAST DATE: 12/04/2013.
1. Name of the Post: Grade—III

Co-Operative Institutions – Darjeeling District Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd.
Number of Vacancies: 6 nos. (General candidates)
Qualification Required: Graduate and MCA
Initial Salary: Rs.16398 per month.
2. Name of the Post: Assistant Manager (Grade-IIA)

Number of Vacancies: 1 nos. (Gen)
Qualification Required: B.Sc (Hons) in Pure Science with 50% marks in Hons. Plus MCA

3. Name of the Post: Lower Division Assistant

Qualification Required: Graduate in any discipline and Basic Computer knowledge certificate of minimum 6 months duration computer course covering MS Office and Internet.
Initial Salary: Rs.13660 per month.
4. Name of the Post: Manager

Co-Operative Institution — The KTPP/S Employees’ Co-operative Stores Ltd
Number of Vacancies: 1 nos. (General)
Qualification Required: Graduate in any discipline and Basic Computer knowledge certificate of minimum 6 months duration computer course covering MS Office and Internet.
Plus 15 years’ job experience in the relevant field.
Initial Salary: Rs.7568 per month.
Important: Applicants must have passed Madhyamik / equivalent examination and / or Higher Secondary / equivalent Examination with BENGALI as 1st/2nd Language in case of Post Codes 011303 & 011304 and with NEPALI as 1st/2nd Language in case of Post Code 011301. No such restriction is applicable for Post Code 011302.
Age Limits: Maximum 35yrs for the posts of Grade—III and Lower Division Assistant AND maximum 40yrs for the posts of Assistant Manager and Manager.
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST—5yrs; OBC—3yrs
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination. Syllabus of the examination and more details is available at the official site — www.coopwb.org
All examinations / interviews are expected to be held in Kolkata Metropolitan Area only. Date and venue will be informed in due course through Admit/ Call letter.
Short list of the candidates will be available online in due course and will have option to download the Admit Card for Written Examination.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online on the prescribed application format. Candidates may submit one application for one post only.
Candidates must enclose Self-attested photocopies of documents as proof of age, caste, academic / professional / computer qualifications and job experience, as applicable for the post.
Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application fee of Rs.160/- only. Fee shall be paid through NEFT (Online banking) in favour of Co-Operative Service Commission, West Bengal OR through a Bank Challan in the appropriate form through any Branch of the West Bengal State Co-operative Bank Ltd. (to the credit of CD A/c No.29312051276 with Kolkata Main Branch) in favour of Co-Operative Service Commission, West Bengal OR any other Bank of the country (to the credit of CD A/c No.29312051276 at Kolkata Main Branch of The West Bengal State Co-operative Bank Ltd., having IFS Code WBSC0000001).
Candidates must print-out the Fee Challan from the official website of COOPWB (Live url given below). Candidates must pay Bank charge additionally.
SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying any application fee.
Last Date of the Application: Apply on prescribed application format along with attested copies of enclosures on or before 12th April 2013 (5PM).
